V-Tek PR Series

The USA-manufactured PR Series hot runner system is a custom made, high performance system that offers a variety of nozzles and manifold configurations for unique applications (such as insert molding) that require lower stack heights and have limited space in the mold. These hot runner systems are designed so that the heaters (even those in the manifold), thermocouples and tips are easily replaced. The systems are available as components only or as a complete hot half.

The offshore-manufactured SI Series hot runner system is a cost effective means in providing quality (ISO9001/2000) solutions that can be delivered on a tight schedule. These value-driven systems include thermal-gate, mini flat nozzles which provide cost-reduction solutions on domestic made molds. They are available as a single-nozzle system or a multi-cavity manifold system and can be supplied as components only or as a complete hot half.
